Job Overview:
The Association is seeking an experienced, dependable, and self-directed Lead Maintenance Technician for Building Operations for a mid-rise condominium community in Scottsdale. This is a hands-on position with elevated responsibilities. The successful candidate will perform general maintenance while coordinating daily maintenance operations, prioritizing work and overseeing contractors working on the property.
The individual must be comfortable working independently, identifying problems before they become emergencies, making sound day-to-day decisions, and keeping the Facilities Manager and General Manager informed of building conditions and maintenance needs.
Previous experience in a mid-rise or high-rise condominium, apartment community, hotel, commercial building, or similar residential property is strongly preferred.
Compensation: $24 - $27 per hour based on experience
FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client''s property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client''s directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
