We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial manufacturing engineering, maintenance, and production. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team with the maintenance of all manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Develop and implement KPI to track the progress of maintenance initiatives to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly to ensure continuous production.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Work with and support the team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance maintenance practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing engineering, maintenance, and production.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
- Bilingual
