Senior Machine Operator/Setup Technician

Job Description: The Senior Machine Operator/Setup Technician will set up and operate metal fabrication equipment, including turret punch presses, brake presses, and laser cutting machines. Responsibilities include reviewing blueprints and job specifications, selecting and installing tooling, entering or adjusting machine settings, completing first-piece inspections, monitoring production quality, and troubleshooting basic equipment or setup issues. This is a temporary position with the potential to convert to permanent employment based on performance and business needs.
