Senior Living Program Manager

BAYADA's Senior Living Solutions is a partnership-focused service line that brings a full continuum of care directly into senior living communities, helping residents stay safe, healthy, and able to age in place. Through ONE Team, communities can access fitness and wellness, therapy, nursing care, personal care and companionship, palliative care, hospice, and staffing support.

As a Clinical Program Manager, you will develop solutions for senior living communities and their residents throughout Anne Arundel County, MD.

Territory: Anne Arundel County, MD

Compensation: $85,000-$90,000, with eligibility for a quarterly incentive based on performance metrics.

Responsibilities

As a Clinical Program Manager, you will develop and implement solutions that help the communities and residents we serve meet their goals. You will provide patient care and help ensure team members follow best practices across our services. Using outcomes data and key metrics, you will identify opportunities and develop customized programs and offerings. A career ladder offers opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland licensure as an RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP required
• Demonstrated business development or leadership experience
• Strong communication skills across multiple levels and platforms
• Experience in a senior living setting
• Home health or outpatient experience preferred
