Our client is seeking an experienced SeniorLitigation Secetary to support a fast‑paced litigation department. Extensive State and Federal e‑filing experience (trial and appellate)
Exceptional organizational skills, especially with complex filings and deadlines
Large law firm experience supporting busy litigation practices
Comfortable operating in a high‑volume, partner‑driven litigation environment
Key Responsibilities
Prepare documents for state and federal court filings, including pleadings, motions, discovery, letters, and related materials
Perform e‑filings across various state and federal courts
Create and maintain electronic files; draft and process correspondence, memoranda, and complex legal documents
Manage new client intake and file maintenance using the firm's electronic records system
Assist with billing, travel arrangements, and expense reimbursements
Interact professionally with clients, attorneys, staff, and peers
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of general litigation experience
High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience supporting attorneys in complex litigation
Familiarity with document management systems
Experience with time and billing systems; Elite experience a plus
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
