This role is an excellent fit for a seasoned litigator or a small/solo practitioner who wants to maintain independence while gaining supplemental caseload support. The firm offers a strong infrastructure, administrative resources, and a consistent client pipeline, allowing attorneys to focus on practicing law with the flexibility of an Of Counsel arrangement.<\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b>

  • Represent clients in business and real estate disputes, including contract, partnership, and property -related litigation.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Conduct discovery, depositions, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Provide strategic legal counsel and develop effective litigation strategies.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high -level service.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Qualifications:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p>

    • Licensed attorney in <\/span><\/span>Texas<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • 3–5 years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on business and real estate matters.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Strong trial, negotiation, and client management abilities.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote environment.<\/span>
