    Senior Litigation Attorney (Civil, Commercial, Business, Real Estate)

    About the Opportunity We are partnering with a highly regarded law firm in the Las Vegas area to place a talented Transactional Attorney with HOA experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and growing practice group with a well-established client base.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage general civil, commercial, real estate, HOA-related, and/or business litigation matters from inception through resolution, including trial
    • Develop and execute case strategies, legal arguments, and risk mitigation approaches
    • Provide strategic legal advice and counseling to clients involved in disputes
    • Maintain and strengthen client relationships
    • Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and settlement agreements
    • Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations
    • Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and legal staff
    • Actively participate in business development and client acquisition efforts

    Qualifications

    • 7+ years of experience in civil, commercial, real estate, complex, and/or business litigation
    • Active Nevada Bar admission required
    • Trial experience preferred
    • Portable book of business preferred
    • Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
    • Experience supervising attorneys and legal staff preferred
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with iManage, ProLaw, or similar systems a plus
