    Senior Litigation Attorney (Business, Real Estate & Estate Planning)

    Location: El Segundo, California

    Schedule: Hybrid

    Salary: $180,000 - $225,000/year

    What You'll Do

    • Handle business, real estate, and estate planning litigation matters from inception through trial
    • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
    • Conduct legal research and manage all phases of discovery
    • Take and defend depositions, participate in mediations, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in court
    • Support managing partners on complex litigation matters
    • Manage case files and administrative responsibilities
    • Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to deliver outstanding client service

    What You Bring

    • Active California Bar membership in good standing
    • 5+ years of attorney experience handling litigation and transactional matters
    • Experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants
    • Strong knowledge of California civil litigation procedures
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
    • Excellent legal writing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative legal team
