Senior Litigation Associate or Lateral Partner (8-15 Years) - Remote (Nationwide)

A litigation firm with a nationwide presence is hiring a senior associate or lateral partner with 8-15 years' experience to help with the day-to-day management of litigation cases, working remotely from wherever you choose to live.

Responsibilities

• Help with the day-to-day management of high-stakes, complex litigation cases
• Work alongside credentialed, talented attorneys, most of them former large-firm lawyers, on high-stakes litigation matters
• Collaborate with associates who handle brief writing, legal research, and legal analysis

Requirements

• 8-15 years of litigation experience
• Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. state
• The ideal candidate is barred in Texas, Florida, California, Georgia, or Nebraska
• A judicial clerkship, Top 20 law school, or AmLaw 200 experience is a plus, but not a requirement
