SENIOR LITIGATION ASSISTANT

My client, is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Assistant to support a busy litigation team in their downtown Dallas office. This role is responsible for managing case files from inception through trial, drafting and preparing legal documents, coordinating discovery, maintaining court deadlines and calendars, and communicating with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Texas and federal court procedures, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with e-filing, trial preparation, and document management systems is required. A proactive mindset and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Requirements include 5+ years Trial/Litigation Legal Assistant experience in a law firm environment, an Associate certification or Bachelors degree, and exceptional wiring and editing skills.  Additionally, strong MS Office skills, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), as well as exceptional organizational skills.
