Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to support mission-critical geospatial intelligence initiatives across the National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG), Allied System for Geospatial-Intelligence (ASG), and other Federal Government agencies. In this role, you will provide technical leadership across the systems engineering lifecycle, guiding engineering teams through requirements development, solution design, systems integration, and performance analysis to deliver resilient, enterprise-scale capabilities that support the GEOINT mission.
This position is ideal for a systems engineer with deep experience supporting complex DoD or Intelligence Community programs and a strong understanding of systems engineering principles within cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in Systems Engineering or a related STEM discipline including Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Additional experience may be substituted for education (4 years with no degree or 2 years with a non-STEM degree).
12+ years of relevant experience supporting government or industry programs involving:
DoD or Intelligence Community acquisition processes
Requirements engineering
PPBES processes
Systems engineering for large, complex System-of-Systems or Service-Oriented Architecture environments across cloud, on-premises, or hybrid infrastructures
Strong understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle.
Demonstrated knowledge of current NSG, ASG, and NRO enterprise environments.
Previous experience supporting NGA and/or NSG/ASG programs.
Previous experience supporting Intelligence Community or DoD programs.
Active TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain SCI eligibility and successfully pass a polygraph.

Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
