This role supports GTM enablement end-to-end, bringing deep subject matter expertise on the ICIMS product ecosystem, customer journey, and go-to-market motion. This role operates at the intersection of GTM strategy and enablement execution, designing scalable learning programs aligned to GTM business goals and architecting integrated learning journeys with strong reinforcement. By owning core GTM content, this role keeps enablement materials current as the product and GTM motion evolve. They'll connect learning data to business KPIs, lead complex stakeholder engagements across Sales, CS, and Product, and anticipate capability needs. They'll deliver executive-ready communications, translate complex data into business-relevant insight, and drive adoption of enablement programs across the GTM organization.

Responsibilities
Serve as an GTM enablement SME on the ICIMS product ecosystem, customer journey, and GTM motion
Own and maintain core GTM content, onboarding, handbooks, plays
Own the GTM onboarding program end-to-end (design, sequencing, and continuous iteration) to ramp new hires against ICIMS's product, process, and value selling methodology
Design, develop, and deliver learning solutions aligned to GTM role scope (AE, AM, CS, and related functions)
Embed and reinforce Value Selling as the core sales methodology across coaching, content, and Gong-based skill development
Lead field preparation for product launches and process changes — working from launch strategy and messaging developed by GTM Readiness to design learning programs, certifications, and reinforcement that ensure GTM teams are equipped and confident ahead of go-live.
Build storytelling and narrative skills across GTM teams to strengthen how reps communicate value in customer conversations
Partner with Sales, CS, Product Marketing, and Product Management to understand priorities and translate them into enablement programs
Use Gong, Highspot, Workday Learning, and related systems to support delivery and measurement
Analyze learning and performance data to identify gaps and inform continuous improvement
Define behavioral and business success metrics for GTM enablement programs and connect them to outcomes
Influence stakeholders across the GTM org to align enablement investment with business priorities
Align with Customer Enablement ahead of major releases to ensure internal field preparation and external customer education are sequenced appropriately, so reps are equipped before customers receive new learning content.
Qualifications
5–8+ years of experience in learning, enablement, performance consulting, or GTM rolesideally in a GTM/SaaS environment preferred
Working knowledge of, or ability to quickly master, the ICIMS product suite and customer journey
Experience applying instructional or performance-based learning principles
Comfort working with GTM and learning technologies (Gong, Highspot, Workday Learning, Salesforce,Synthesia or similar) and data
Value Selling, or other GTM methodology experience
Experience leading enablement through organizational change (product launches, process rollouts) with a track record of keeping teams equipped and confident through transition
Strong narrative and storytelling skills, with experience coaching others to communicate value clearly in customer-facing conversations
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with credibility across Sales, CS, and Product stakeholders

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000-$120,00 annually. Final compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, and market data. This range aligns with our commitment to equitable and transparent compensation practices, as required by applicable law.
