Senior RecruiterA Top Am Law firm is hiring a Senior Recruiter to own Lateral Recruiting. This is a growth opportunity for an individual interested in taking that next step to own the entire lateral recruiting function on an established and collaborative recruitment team. The role is 4 days onsite in Midtown Manhattan.Job DescriptionPartner with firm management, practice group leaders, and Recruiting leadership to identify hiring needs and develop strategic recruiting plans.Manage the full lifecycle of lateral associate, judicial clerk, and 3L recruiting, from initial candidate identification through offer acceptance.Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, facilitate candidate visits, and manage all aspects of the candidate experience.Lead recruiting communications, including candidate correspondence, interview coordination, feedback collection, and stakeholder updates.Serve as the primary point of contact for legal search firms and recruiting partners, providing clear search guidance and timely feedback.Manage recruiting materials, candidate reports, job postings, recruiting presentations, and recruiting-related website content.Coordinate onboarding activities for lateral hires, including conflicts checks, background screenings, orientation planning, and integration support.Maintain recruiting databases, candidate records, fee agreements, search firm documentation, and recruiting analytics.Participate in special projects and strategic talent initiatives across the Talent Acquisition function.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree required.5+ years of legal recruiting experience within a Big Law environment.Experience supporting lateral associate recruiting, attorney recruiting, judicial clerk recruiting, and/or law school recruiting programs.Strong understanding of law firm recruiting processes and legal talent markets.Proven ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities simultaneously.Experience working directly with attorneys, partners, law school career offices, and external search firms.Strong Microsoft Office proficiency and comfort working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases.Ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion.What's on OfferUp to $140k base.4 days onsite in Midtown.
