    Stuck running maintenance in a sleepy shop — and hungry to lead department efficiency for a private operator growing 20%+?

     


    Must Have: Production leader with 5+ years running residential and commercial landscape maintenance crews — a coach who treats efficiency and safety as a daily operating system:

    · Fluency in BOSS or similar landscape production apps, conversational Spanish, current driver’s license.

    · 2 or 4-year degree in landscaping, horticulture or business preferred.

    · NALP CLT/CLP, ISA, or Category 3 pesticide, OSHA certifications a plus

     


    You’ll receive: High visibility right-hand leadership seat, reporting to Branch manager

    - $80K–$100K base

    - Company benefits (Company vehicle, Health benefits, PTO, 401K, etc.)

    - Support for industry education and certifications

     


    As Senior Production Manager, you will be the Branch Manager’s field counterpart — routing the week, getting trucks off the lot on time, and backing team leaders: 

    - Leader of team leaders and their crews driving 103% field efficiency, reduction in labor costs and managing to P&L budgets.

    · Serve as Safety Manager — training, inspections, and zero lost-time accidents.

    · Take ownership of client experience through regular site audits, closed tickets, and 5-star work.
