Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Kubernetes Platform Engineer to design, manage, secure, and scale enterprise Kubernetes platforms across AWS EKS, Azure AKS, and hybrid cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Kubernetes architecture, GitOps, CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), security, and platform reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Design and manage enterprise Kubernetes clusters across AWS EKS and Azure AKS.
Implement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD and GitHub Actions Runner Controller (ARC).
Develop reusable Terraform modules and automate CI/CD pipelines.
Enforce Kubernetes security using RBAC, Network Policies, Kyverno, and OPA/Gatekeeper.
Implement monitoring, observability, disaster recovery, and deployment strategies.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve platform reliability and developer experience.
Required Skills
7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering, including 5+ years in Kubernetes.
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, AWS EKS, Azure AKS, ArgoCD, GitHub ARC, and Terraform.
Expertise in GitOps, CI/CD, cloud networking, Kubernetes security, and automation.
Experience with enterprise-scale infrastructure and multi-cloud environments.
Preferred: CKA/CKS certifications, Istio/Linkerd, Backstage, and experience in regulated enterprise environments.
