Description

We are looking for a Senior Joint Target Intelligence Analyst to support a mission-critical program in Fort Meade, Maryland.

This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced intelligence professional with strong expertise in joint targeting, target development, target system analysis, combat assessment, and all-source intelligence analysis.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting Department of Defense or Intelligence Community missions and be comfortable working with operational planners, intelligence teams, and senior government or military leadership.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support joint targeting operations for deliberate and dynamic missions.
    Conduct target system analysis, target development, target nomination, and target list management.
  • Develop and maintain target intelligence and targeting products in approved intelligence databases.
  • Prepare and update Target Materials and other intelligence products.
    Perform Battle Damage Assessments, analytic damage estimates, and combat assessments.
  • Conduct Collateral Damage Estimation in accordance with applicable DoD targeting methodologies.
  • Develop target engagement strategies and provide recommendations for target prioritization.
  • Analyze multiple intelligence sources to identify target vulnerabilities, capabilities, and operational impacts.
  • Prepare intelligence reports, briefings, targeting products, and senior-level assessments.
  • Work closely with operational planners, intelligence analysts, and mission partners.
  • Ensure intelligence products meet Intelligence Community tradecraft and applicable targeting standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts.

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
  • Formal Joint Targeting training.
  • At least 12 years of directly related experience in joint targeting, intelligence analysis, or a related field.
  • Recent relevant experience, including some experience within the last 2 years.
  • Master's degree in Intelligence Studies, National Security, International Relations, Military Science, Political Science, or a related field.
