Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Java FrontEnd Lead / Senior Engineer with deep expertise in Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, Micro Frontend Architecture, and Enterprise UI modernization. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in modernizing legacy JSP-based applications into scalable, high-performance Angular micro frontends using modern engineering practices and tooling.
This role requires strong hands-on technical leadership, architectural thinking, and the ability to mentor engineering teams while delivering enterprise-grade frontend solutions in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable enterprise frontend applications using Angular, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Drive migration of legacy JSP-based applications into modern Angular micro frontend architecture.
• Design and implement Micro Frontends using Module Federation and reusable Web Components.
• Build highly responsive and accessible UI solutions following modern UX standards.
• Collaborate with backend Java teams, architects, DevOps, and product stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Implement robust state management using NgRx/Redux.
• Develop reusable UI libraries/components with focus on scalability and maintainability.
• Ensure application performance optimization including:
  • Lazy loading
  • Code splitting
  • Minimizing HTTP requests
  • Bundle optimization
• Maintain high code quality through automated testing and CI/CD practices.
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve complex production issues.
• Guide junior engineers on coding standards, best practices, and frontend craftsmanship.
• Participate in architectural discussions, technical roadmaps, and modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement secure coding practices.
• Evaluate emerging frontend technologies and prototype innovative solutions.
