Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in modern UI development, backend API development, PostgreSQL, AWS architecture, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD practices.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building secure, scalable applications and leveraging AI tools to accelerate software development while maintaining quality, security, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

UI Development

• Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces using React and Next.js.

• Build reusable and scalable front-end components.

• Ensure application performance, usability, and accessibility.

Backend Development

• Develop secure and scalable APIs using Python and FastAPI.

• Integrate backend services with AWS infrastructure and applications.

• Design and implement efficient service integrations.

Database Development

• Design and manage PostgreSQL databases.

• Perform data modeling and database performance optimization.

• Develop efficient queries and ensure data reliability.

AWS Infrastructure

• Design and implement solutions using AWS architecture.

• Work with IAM, networking, security, deployment, and monitoring.

• Ensure secure and scalable cloud infrastructure.

Infrastructure as Code & CI/CD

• Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform.

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines.

• Establish repeatable and automated cloud deployment practices.

AI-Accelerated Development

• Leverage AI tools such as Claude to accelerate UI development, code generation, testing, and documentation.

• Ensure AI-assisted development follows established security, quality, and governance standards.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of software development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with React and Next.js.

• Strong experience with Python and FastAPI.

• Strong PostgreSQL development and database design experience.

• Hands-on experience with AWS architecture, IAM, networking, security, and deployment.

• Strong experience with Terraform and CI/CD.

• Experience leveraging AI tools for software development.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
