Title: Senior Java Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary Range: $67-$72/hr on W2
Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing applications for Collaboration and Productivity systems, specifically focusing on automated provisioning and customer-facing productivity tools. This role requires a deep understanding of software development and a proven track record in developing enterprise solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- At least 12-20 years of experience in the financial or technology industry
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or information systems
- Specific knowledge and proven track record of software development
- Experience in all aspects of the System Development Lifecycle
- Experience in the design and architecture of applications
- Understanding of large-scale Enterprise-level applications infrastructure
- Proficiency in Unified Communications Platforms, Middleware Communication platforms, microservices design, application security, high availability design, distributed systems, and multi-threaded programming
- Mandatory: 12 years of experience in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, Node JS, Spring and J2EE design patterns, SQL, Server-side RESTful web services
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- CTI APIs, including TSAPI, JTAPI, Lync UCWA
- HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/JQuery, AngularJS
- JUnit Framework Jenkins automation framework
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Define Real-Time Communication application objectives by analyzing user requirements and envisioning system features and functionality
- Design and develop user interfaces for Real-Time Communication applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout the development life cycle
- Create automated provisioning applications for use within the financial and banking industry
- Coordinate requirements, schedules, and activities; contribute to team meetings; troubleshoot development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms
- Support users by developing documentation and assistance tools
- Enhance the organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to the Real-Time Communications environment
