Senior Java Developer

The candidate will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance backend solutions using Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Requirements: Seeking a Senior Java Developer with 12+ years of experience in designing and developing enterprise applications.

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Senior Java Developer for their Austin, TX location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Develop and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services to support business workflows and integrations.
• Participate in application design, coding, testing, debugging, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
• Follow Agile development methodologies and contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and best practices.
• Work on workflow automation and process orchestration solutions using Camunda BPM (preferred; training can be provided on the job).
• Ensure application performance, security, and adherence to enterprise standards.

 
Requirements:

• Seeking a Senior Java Developer with 12+ years of experience in designing and developing enterprise applications. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance backend solutions using Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Required Skills:
• Core Java & J2EE
• Spring Boot & Microservices
• REST API Development and Distributed Systems
• Camunda BPM experience is preferred but not mandatory; candidates with strong Java and Microservices experience can learn Camunda on the job.
• Healthcare domain experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, Docker, and cloud platforms is desirable.
• Ability to work effectively with onsite and offshore teams.
