Job Summary We are seeking an experienced
Senior Java Backend Engineer with strong expertise in
Java Microservices and DevOps. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing scalable backend applications, building REST APIs, working with cloud platforms, and managing CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments.
Required Skills- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
- Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture
- Experience building and designing RESTful APIs
- Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with Istio service mesh
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins / CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Knowledge of databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
- Experience with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito)
- Understanding of DevOps practices, monitoring, and automation
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java backend services
- Build and enhance microservices-based applications
- Develop secure and high-performance REST APIs
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance
- Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and product teams
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
