AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS, IAM, CloudWatch, API Gateway, SQS/SNS)

REST APIs & Enterprise Microservices

Kafka or RabbitMQ

Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB/DynamoDB

Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD

Application Performance Tuning, Security & Cloud-Native Architecture

Mandatory:

10+ years of IT experience

Recent Banking/Financial Services experience is mandatory

Hands-on experience with Payments, Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, Core Banking, Lending, Digital Banking, or Treasury applications

Experience building secure, high-volume, mission-critical applications

Agile/Scrum experience

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
