As an Senior IT Technical Project Manager, youll drive complex high‑impact IT initiatives across North America, ensuring our systems, people, and processes evolve to support a rapidly growing business. Youll collaborate with experts across regions, manage transformational programs, and set the pace for excellence in project execution.

How youll make an impact

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
• Lead medium, large, and enterprise IT projects from initiation through completion.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and resource allocation with precision.
• Manage project financials and ensure adherence to targets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while capturing and sharing lessons learned.
• Ensure all activities align with Hitachi Energy project management methodology and quality standards.
• Serve as the key contact and escalation point, building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee technology planning and implementation for IT‑related projects.
• Coach and mentor junior project managers across NAM sites.

Your background

• 10 years experience leading large, complex projects.
• Extensive global project management experience across full program lifecycles.
• 5 years hands‑on experience with ServiceNow SPM/PPM Project Management Module.
• Proficiency in PMP, Agile, Scrum, and Gate Model methodologies.
• Organizational Change Management experience in a global enterprise environment.
• Strong financial management skills using MS Project and SAP.
