Senior IT Sales Engineers

Kforces client, a growing software-based company, is seeking a Senior IT Sales Engineer. We are working directly with the hiring manager on this search assignment. This position is hybrid: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote in Tempe, AZ.

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically inclined Sr. IT Sales Engineer. This role requires someone with strong technical aptitude-ideally with prior experience as a developer or hands-on IT professional that has moved up into an IT Sales Engineer position-who is eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to innovative projects. While understanding business needs is important, technical curiosity and problem-solving skills are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams on technical projects, quickly researching and understanding unfamiliar technologies or tools.
• Demonstrate initiative by proactively seeking answers and solutions (e.g., researching new concepts or technologies independently).
• Support cloud and software-related initiatives, ensuring technical requirements are met.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
