- Manage multiple IT projects concurrently from initiation through implementation and transition to production support.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering scope, milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
- Drive execution against committed milestones and proactively identify schedule, scope, resource, and delivery risks.
- Coordinate across business, application development, architecture, infrastructure, QA/testing, security, operations, and production support teams.
- Manage project governance, status reporting, RAID logs, action items, decisions, and executive-level communications.
- Coordinate testing, implementation planning, release readiness, go-live, and post-production stabilization activities.Use Jira effectively to manage and track epics, stories, tasks, defects, dependencies, milestones, and overall delivery progress.
