Job Responsibilities: Own the integrated portfolio workplan, including milestones, dependencies, critical path, stage-gate readiness, and ownership Consolidate baseline budget, forecast, actuals, contingency, and variance explanations; reconcile the Customer Service view with IT reporting Maintain integrated risks, issues, actions, decisions, dependencies, and changes with owners, dates, escalation thresholds, and aging Prepare weekly and monthly portfolio rollups and concise, decision-ready materials for senior leadership and governance forums Operate governance, intake, and change control for additions, descopes, pauses, and reprioritization Coordinate vendor and contract oversight with Customer Service, IT, Finance, Procurement, and delivery partners Design and maintain the operating model, RACI, governance calendar, escalation paths, and boundary with the existing DXR PMO Support business and IT project-lead pairings without taking over product or workstream delivery accountability Create a durable PMO package with templates, cadence, decision history, and handoff instructions
