Job Overview: The Senior IT Project Manager leads large-scale IT implementation projects within Healthcare systems, focusing on OpTime, Cupid, and Radiant modules. This position requires strong project management skills, stakeholder coordination, and experience working across multi-hospital environments.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple large IT projects from initiation through completion following PMO methodologies.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
  • Gather and analyze user and business requirements to support IT system implementations.
  • Develop project schedules, manage resources, and track project progress against critical paths.
  • Report project status, risks, and accomplishments to management and steering committees.
  • Ensure that documentation, guidelines, and organizational procedures are followed throughout all phases.
  • Coordinate analysis, design, development, testing, training, and implementation activities.
  • Support business planning related to budgeting, scheduling, and workload forecasting.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment among departments and leadership.
  • Rely on technical experience, initiative, and strong judgment to meet project goals and organizational objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of IT project management experience, preferably in healthcare systems.
  • Proven experience implementing OpTime, Cupid, and Radiant modules in large, multi-hospital settings.
  • Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, risk assessment, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with standard project management tools and methodologies.
  • PMP certification preferred.
