    Position: Sr. IT Project Manager – Enterprise Systems Integration
    Location: Las Vegas, NV (Onsite)
    Type: Contract-to-Hire (6+ Months)

    Position Overview
    Fusion HCR is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale hardware and software integration initiatives for a growing organization. This role will oversee large, cross-functional rollouts spanning infrastructure upgrades, system deployments, and technology integrations, partnering closely with IT leadership, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

    The ideal candidate brings deep experience managing complex, multi-site technology rollouts, exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate technical detail into clear business impact. Previous experience within hospitality, gaming, hotel, resort, or guest-service-driven environments is a strong plus.

    Key Responsibilities

    Project Management & Delivery

    • Lead enterprise-wide hardware and software integration projects from initiation through completion
    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for large-scale rollouts
    • Manage multiple concurrent enterprise deployments across sites, systems, and teams
    • Monitor project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
    • Drive projects to completion while ensuring alignment with enterprise technology strategy

    Enterprise Integration & Rollouts

    • Coordinate hardware and software integration efforts across multiple systems, platforms, and locations
    • Partner with infrastructure, network, and application teams to ensure smooth technology deployments
    • Oversee rollout planning, sequencing, and cutover activities to minimize business disruption
    • Manage testing, validation, and go-live readiness across enterprise rollout phases

    Stakeholder & Vendor Management

    • Serve as the primary liaison between IT leadership, business stakeholders, and technology vendors
    • Build strong relationships with department leaders, project sponsors, and executive stakeholders
    • Provide regular project status updates, executive summaries, and risk assessments
    • Coordinate third-party vendors, integrators, and service providers throughout rollout execution

    Project Governance

    • Maintain project documentation, reporting standards, and rollout tracking across all workstreams
    • Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies
    • Escalate risks, issues, and roadblocks as appropriate
    • Support continuous improvement of enterprise project management practices and processes

    Required Qualifications

    • 7+ years of Project Management experience, including enterprise-level hardware/software integration projects
    • Proven track record managing large-scale technology rollouts across multiple sites or systems
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
    • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
    • Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams
    • Must be local to Las Vegas and available to work onsite

    Preferred Qualifications

    • PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification
    • Experience managing technology projects within hospitality, gaming, hotel, or resort environments
    • Experience with enterprise infrastructure, network, or systems deployment projects
    • Familiarity with change management, communication planning, and end-user adoption strategies
