Lead enterprise IT and business transformation projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Manage change requests through formal change control processes.
Provide executive-level status reporting and project communications.
Ensure compliance with organizational governance, policies, and procurement requirements.
Oversee vendor performance and contract deliverables.
Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder workshops.
Track project milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities.
Support project quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams.
Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams.
Support enterprise system implementation and modernization initiatives.
Ensure accurate project documentation and reporting.
Drive project governance and organizational compliance.
Mentor project team members and promote project management best practices.
Minimum 8 years of experience managing large-scale IT or business transformation projects.
Strong knowledge of:

Agile Methodology

Experience developing and maintaining:
Project Plans
Project Schedules
Budgets
Resource Plans
Experience managing multiple technical and business stakeholders.
Strong risk management, issue management, and change control experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations.
Experience using project management tools including:
Microsoft Project
Smartsheet
Jira
Similar enterprise PM tools
Experience ensuring compliance with governance, organizational policies, and procurement requirements.
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in public sector or state government environments.
Experience supporting public safety or law enforcement agencies.
Experience managing projects under state procurement frameworks such as:
FAST
DIR
Similar government contracting frameworks
Experience implementing enterprise IT systems, data platforms, or enterprise applications.
Vendor management and contract oversight experience.
Proven ability to manage multiple enterprise projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance competing priorities while meeting project deadlines.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Master\'s degree preferred.
Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Preferred
