Job Title: Senior Project Manager Assessment
Location: Remote/ Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months CTH
Job Description:
Provide overall Commercial Sales delivery management support and program oversight across multiple PMs, projects, and executive stakeholders.
Manage and maintain program tracker and overall program roadmap to meet all Commercial Sales initiatives, business readiness activities, growth strategies, and onboarding new clients/members to the platform.
Manage Monday.com/Planview intake, project status, and Commercial program critical status reporting.
Weekly program status updates and reporting for stakeholder and executive leadership meetings.
Lead executive program status meetings and escalations with various stakeholders.
Workforce Operations / Business & Enterprise Pipeline Review meeting facilitation and guidance.
Monthly Oracle placeholder funding and forecasting coordination.
Provide daily support for multiple PMs and projects on risks, issues, scope/schedule management, executive escalations, status quality, resource concerns, change controls, and delivery readiness.
Annual planning, lessons learned, process improvement, and Sales/EnGen Collaboration Summit activities.
Monitor project status and milestones to ensure schedule meets business go live need by timelines.
Prioritize items affecting delivery dates, provide escalation as needed, ensure funding aligns with timelines, and assist multiple PMs in gaining executive decisions as needed.
Provide guidance to business leaders on delivery status and go live readiness.
Attend various project meetings when requested or when delivery is at risk/off track to assist PM.
Provide guidance on updates needed to financial placeholder values and future funding visibility. Partner with Portfolio/Finance resources to confirm expected future work and funding assumptions.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree
Experience: 7 years of experience in project management to include leading team of project managers to successfully delivery project portfolios under a very tight timeframe.
Skills/Competencies:
Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
Proven ability to manage projects using a wide range of methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
Experience leading a team of Project Managers to delivery projects assigned to the team.
Critical thinking and adaptability is essential to meet the outcomes.
Health insurance industry experience, particularly is a plus.
