What You'll DoAnalyze current-state and future-state business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder working sessions.Develop process maps, workflows, requirements, BRDs, functional specifications, and related documentation.Support PMO activities, including project tracking, governance, reporting, risks/issues, and executive communications.Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams.Support Agile/Scrum development and implementation activities.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support IT modernization and transformation.Prepare executive briefings, presentations, reports, and decision-support materials.Partner with Federal stakeholders and leadership to ensure solutions align with mission objectives.
