Position Title: Senior IT Enterprise Application Analyst
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90012
Duration: 6 Months
Work Schedule: 9/80 hybrid schedule (In office Monday and Tuesday) starting as early as 7:00 AM – 4:45 PM with every other Friday off.
 
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for supporting Financial, Project Accounting, Inventory and Procurement modules in Oracle EBS versionR12.2 with technical and functional knowledge on business processes, configurations, and Oracle tools & technologies. Tools include (REQUIRED) OAF, Java, JDeveloper, Workflow, PL/SQL, SQL, APEX, Oracle Forms & Reports and BI/XML Publisher.

This position is responsible for working with business users to understand business requirements, configure setups, design, build, i,ntegrate and implement solutions. Additional responsibilities include implementing new functionalities, participating in upgrading applications. Support Financial, Project & Grant Accounting, Inventory, and Procurement modules in Oracle EBS and particiupgrades upgrade and other projects

  • Support Oracle EBS production issues & enhancements & projects
Job Duties
  • Performs technical configurations, customizations, and extends commercial off-the-shelf enterprise resource planning software in three or more modules and stand-alone applications.
  • Defines, designs, develops, and deploys enhancements and reports utilizing three or more modules and stand-alone applications; ensures compliance with applicable specifications and standards.
  • Provides resolution to tickets having significant impact with high visibility to multiple customers requiring lengthy or involved installation; may require action by several groups, multiple releases against one ticket, and complex back out procedures.
  • Troubleshoots software application problems; identifies, recommends, and implements system improvements, modifications, and upgrades involving three or more modules and stand-alone applications. Develops user and technical documentation and provides training to system users.
  • Researches, evaluates, tests and implements patches and system upgrades involving three or more modules and stand-alone applications.
  • Participates in professional group meetings; stays abreast of new trends and innovations in their area of responsibility.
  • Acts as Project Manager; plans, coordinates, and conducts projects within area of responsibility, including monitoring scope, quality, budget, and schedule.
  • Performs other related Information Technology Enterprise Application Analyst job duties as required.

Desires Experience Below:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and six years of relevant experience; or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and six years of relevant experience.
  • 3 years' experience in Module: Project and grants management - REQUIRED
  • Experience: Tools include OAF, Java, JDeveloper, Workflow, PL/SQL, SQL, APEX, Oracle Forms & Reports and BI/XML Publisher – REQUIRED
  • Valid California Class C Driver License that allows you to drive in the course of your employment.
