    Required Qualifications:
    • 8 10 years of experience as a Disaster Recovery Manager, with the main role focused on disaster recovery.
    • Strong experience with IT systems.
    • 8+ years of experience in leading the development, testing, and maintenance of disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BC) plans for large enterprises.
    • Proven expertise in DR/BC frameworks, methodologies, and technologies (8+ years).
    • Experience with cloud-based disaster recovery solutions and hybrid environments (8+ years).
    • Demonstrated ability to develop vendor relationships, author Statements of Work (SOWs), and manage vendor accountability (8+ years).
    • Strong background in creating, documenting, and executing technology strategies aligned with business goals (8+ years).
    • Oversight experience for technology operations, including performance measurement, SLA adherence, quality improvement, and incident reduction (8+ years).
    • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams to successful outcomes (8+ years).
    • Experience managing on-site, nearshore, and offshore technology teams, including direct supervision (8+ years).
    • Experience in planning and delivering large-scale initiatives (8+ years).
    • 5+ years of experience in administering budgets, monitoring expenses, authorizing payments, and securing equipment/goods.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in the cruise or travel industry (1+ year).
    • Master's degree in a relevant field.
    • Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CBCP, CDRE, CBRM, or BCMCP.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity disaster recovery plan.
    • Lead and coordinate disaster recovery drills and simulations to validate recovery effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with IT and business units to identify critical systems and data, define Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs).
    • Work with external vendors and partners to ensure alignment with the company's disaster recovery objectives.
    • Maintain familiarity with regulatory standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX.
    • Stay up to date on the latest cybersecurity threats, technologies, and disaster recovery best practices.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the cybersecurity team on DR best practices and ensure cross-functional readiness.
