Position Overview
We seek a visionary, seasoned Senior IT Director with 10+ Years of overall IT experience and 5+ years in dedicated leadership roles. You will oversee IT infrastructure, enterprise software, cybersecurity governance, and technology operations, while fostering innovation and operational excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Align the overarching technology strategy with business growth goals; advise the C-suite and Board of Directors on emerging technology trends, cloud advancements, and AI adoption.
- Infrastructure & Scaling: Oversee the scalability, reliability, and security of global enterprise networks, cloud architectures, and internal systems.
- Cybersecurity & Governance: Architect the enterprise cybersecurity framework and ensure strict compliance with relevant regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- Financial Management: Direct the annual IT capital and operational budgets (CapEx/OpEx), ensuring maximum ROI on all technology investments.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Lead negotiations and manage relationships with key vendors, SaaS providers, and third-party consultants to secure favorable enterprise-level SLAs.
- Team Mentorship: Scale, mentor, and lead high-performing tech teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning, agility, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Disaster Recovery: Establish and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans to mitigate corporate operational risk.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership, with a proven track record in a Director, VP, or C-suite capacity.
- Technical Breadth: Deep expertise in enterprise cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), modern data architecture, and corporate network infrastructure.
- Security Acumen: Strong working knowledge of corporate cybersecurity frameworks, risk mitigation, and compliance audits.
- Business Savvy: Exceptional financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-dollar technology budgets.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Qualifications: 5+ years of IT leadership experience, strong cybersecurity strategy expertise, experience with or exposure to AI governance, and excellent communication and strategic thinking skills. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP are a plus.
