    Job Description Summary
    A Senior IT Business / Functional Analyst is responsible for partnering
    with business teams to understand and document business processes,
    identify opportunities for improvement (OFIs), and deliver practical
    solutions using ERP, other enterprise systems or process change. This
    role requires strong business process knowledge, ERP experience, basic
    Business Intelligence (BI) understanding, and the ability to manage
    small to mid-size initiatives end-to-end.
    The ideal candidate is proactive, self-motivated, and drives
    improvements without waiting for work to come to them.

    Duties and Responsibilities
    -Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document
    end-to-end business processes.
    -Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvements;
    propose process, system, data, or reporting based solutions.
    -Translate business needs into functional requirements, process flows,
    and solution designs.
    -Collaborate with the business to perform ROI analysis of the proposed
    solution.
    -Support and lead solution implementation, including development,
    configuration support, testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live
    stabilization.
    -Serve as a functional SME for ERP modules and integrated enterprise
    applications.
    -Collaborate with BI and data teams to define reporting, dashboards,
    KPIs, and data requirements.
    -Interpret business data and reports to support decision-making and
    continuous improvement.
    -Manage small to mid-size initiatives, including scope, timelines,
    dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.
    -Coordinate with IT, vendors, BI teams, and business users to ensure
    timely and high-quality delivery.
    -Create and maintain clear documentation (process maps, requirements,
    SOPs, and improvement summaries).
    -Proactively identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities
    without waiting for direction.
