Job Summary
Serve as an application and business process expert supporting business users, IT, and third-party vendors. Partner with stakeholders to define enhancement requests, resolve application and process issues, analyze requirements, and develop and execute test plans. Identify root causes of production issues and drive resolution while collaborating across departments in a team environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert for applications and business processes to help improve operational efficiency, services, and software functionality.
Act as a liaison between business users and the IT group to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Develop scope and define backlog items, including epics, features, and user stories, to support Agile software development teams and third-party vendors.
Interpret and prepare technical publications, diagrams, and project specifications.
Partner with business stakeholders to recommend solutions that support organizational goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the Scrum development process to gather requirements and provide status demonstrations.
Develop and execute robust test plans and test scripts in partnership with team members and business users.
Analyze data to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
Conduct root cause analysis to support resolution of production issues and process improvements.
Perform regression testing, identify expected results, and escalate defects as needed.
Provide demonstrations during Scrum development releases for IT and business stakeholders.
Perform basic system fixes and data maintenance as needed.
Assist in developing demos and training materials for new development releases.
Adhere to change management and release control procedures.
Support software integration activities and project management efforts as needed.
Provide 24/7 production support as required.

Minimum Requirements
Education / License / Registration / Certification
Bachelors degree or equivalent specialized work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Years of Experience
Minimum of 10%2B years of related work experience.
Types of Experience
Experience developing and executing test plans under a Scrum development methodology.

Microsoft SQL experience.

5%2B years of ERP experience, Eclipse preferred.
10%2B years of systems support and analysis experience.
Strong understanding of finance business processes, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Indirect Sourcing and Procurement, Payables, Receivables, Revenue Accounting, Tax, and Treasury, as well as related system dependencies.
Experience with financial systems and processes such as Billtrust, GetPaid, TM1, Oracle, and Kofax.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including delimited files, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables.
File Transfer Protocol experience.
Oracle and Linux experience preferred.
