A large public agency serving Southern California is seeking an experienced Senior IT Analyst to support its Information Technology team. This position will primarily support the ServiceNow ITSM platform, with additional support for Software Asset Management (SAM) and Governance, Risk & Compliance / Integrated Risk Management (GRC/IRM) modules as needed.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on ServiceNow development, configuration, and production support experience, including building workflows, configuring platform functionality, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Support and maintain ServiceNow ITSM applications and functionality.
Build Service Catalog items and workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer and flow logic.
Develop and modify JavaScript as needed for ServiceNow configurations and workflows.
Create and maintain UI Policies, UI Actions, Forms, and Business Rules.
Build and modify ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow production support requests and technical issues.
Analyze requests for system modifications and recommend appropriate solutions.
Perform application development, testing, implementation, and documentation.
Support ServiceNow SAM and GRC/IRM modules as needed.
Coordinate technical projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology or a related field.
6+ years of relevant information technology experience.
3 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience required.
Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
Experience with ServiceNow development, configuration, workflows, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of ServiceNow Asset Management preferred.
Experience with Software Asset Management (SAM) preferred.
Experience with GRC / Integrated Risk Management (IRM) preferred.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and technical support skills.
Must have U.S. work authorization that does not currently or in the future require employment sponsorship.
