    Senior Inventory Control Analyst


    Job Summary


    Manage medical supply inventory, maintain accurate records, coordinate budget requirements, support vendor relationships, and resolve inventory-related issues to ensure the availability of supplies for patient care.

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor supply levels and coordinate inventory needs with care center and clinical staff.

    • Manage medical supply inventory to ensure availability for patient care.

    • Place supply orders and negotiate pricing with vendors.

    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for storing and managing medical supplies.

    • Coordinate the distribution of supplies to appropriate departments and manage physician dispensing inventory.

    • Develop and implement supply management policies and procedures with relevant stakeholders.

    • Maintain accurate records of supply transactions and inventory levels.

    • Analyze inventory data to evaluate operational needs and recommend improvements.

    • Support patient experience initiatives, minimize waste, and control costs.

    • Coordinate with vendors to meet clinic inventory requirements.

    • Monitor and resolve supply chain disruptions and inventory inconsistencies.

    • Participate in project meetings and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Coordinate asset deliveries and provide vendor access as needed.

    Requirements

    • At least five years of experience in healthcare supply chain management or procurement.

    • At least one year of experience executing contracts.

    • High school diploma or GED.

    • Active fingerprint clearance card.

    • Valid driver s license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation.

    • Completion of required onboarding and orientation activities.

    • Completion of N95 mask fit testing within 30 days of hire.

    • Completion of required vaccinations before working in a clinical setting.

    • Preferred experience in business administration, contract execution, and maintaining schedules that support defined work scopes.

    • Preferred bachelor s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, inventory management, or a related field.

    • Preferred certification as a Certified Materials and Resource Professional or Certified Healthcare Resource Materials Manager.

    • Preferred Alteryx Core Certification.

    Skill

    • Inventory management and supply chain coordination.

    • Vendor management and contract negotiation.

    • Data analysis and inventory reporting.

    • Knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, and data analytics software.

    • Knowledge of regulatory compliance for storing and managing medical supplies.

    • Strong communication and customer service skills.

    • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

    • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.

    • Ability to delegate tasks and manage diverse skill sets.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Ability to establish effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

    • Ability to lift heavy items and remain physically active as required.

    Summary Qualification

    • Experienced healthcare supply chain and inventory management professional.

    • Skilled in procurement, vendor coordination, contract execution, and cost control.

    • Proficient in maintaining inventory records and analyzing operational data.

    • Knowledgeable about clinical supply compliance and distribution processes.

    • Effective communicator with strong organizational, leadership, and project management abilities.

    • Demonstrates initiative, sound judgment, adaptability, and attention to detail.
