    Senior International Trademark Paralegal – New York, NY

     Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – In-office Tuesday & Wednesday + One Thursday per Month)
     Employment Type: Full-Time

    What You'll Do

    • Manage global trademark portfolios, including filings, renewals, oppositions, and enforcement.
    • Conduct trademark searches, clearance, and risk assessments for international and domestic marks.
    • Prepare and file trademark applications, office action responses, and renewals with the USPTO and international trademark offices.
    • Coordinate with foreign associates on trademark prosecution and enforcement matters worldwide.
    • Assist attorneys with trademark disputes, oppositions, and cancellations before the TTAB and other international agencies.
    • Maintain and update trademark databases, ensuring accurate records of deadlines and filings.
    • Conduct due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and licensing deals involving trademarks.
    • Handle trademark-related agreements, including assignments, coexistence agreements, and licensing.

    What You'll Bring

    • Minimum 5 years of international trademark paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate setting (Please do not apply if you have less experience).
    • Strong knowledge of global trademark laws and procedures, including Madrid Protocol filings.
    • Experience managing large trademark portfolios and coordinating with foreign counsel.
    • Proficiency in trademark docketing systems and IP management software.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred.
