    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop innovative interior design concepts and space plans for new locations.
    • Produce detailed design and construction documentation.
    • Coordinate with architecture, construction, and procurement partners.
    • Conduct site visits and participate in project meetings and installations.
    • Support custom furniture and product development initiatives.
    • Develop styling concepts and integrate brand elements into physical spaces.
    • Balance design excellence with project schedules and budget requirements.
    • Analyze member experiences and incorporate insights into future designs.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of commercial interior design experience.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial design excellence.
    • Proficiency with CAD software; Vectorworks experience preferred.
    • Experience producing construction documentation.
    • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
    • Hospitality, coworking, retail, furniture design, rendering, or branding experience is a plus.
