Senior Interior Designer | Austin, TX
Hybrid Working Style (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

We’re partnering with a highly respected, design-forward firm in Austin, TX, to identify a Senior Interior Designer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role within a collaborative, high-performing studio that values autonomy, transparency, and a genuinely engaging culture.

About the Opportunity: This role is ideal for a designer who doesn’t just create beautiful spaces but also understands how design drives business outcomes. You’ll lead projects from concept through completion, shaping environments that are both visually compelling and deeply aligned with client goals.

Working alongside a talented and supportive team, you’ll take ownership of the design vision while mentoring emerging designers and contributing to a culture rooted in innovation, curiosity, and continuous growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture (CIDA or NCARB accredited)
  • 10+ years of experience, including strong exposure to workplace or commercial interiors
  • Proven ability to lead projects and communicate a clear design vision to both clients and internal teams
  • Expertise across the full design lifecycle, including furniture specification and construction documentation
  • Proficiency in Revit and strong 3D visualization capabilities (Enscape, Lumion, Rhino, etc. a plus)
  • A refined design sensibility with a strong command of color, materials, and spatial composition
  • Professional licensure (or on track within 18 months)
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and team development
  • A curiosity for trends, research, and the future of workplace design
