Lead Cross-Functional Delivery as a Senior Integrated Supply Chain Program Manager

Pay Rate: $42.80/hr

PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a seasoned leader to orchestrate high-impact initiatives that align Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Materials Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, and Operations. You will own end-to-end program delivery, ensuring customer commitments are met through disciplined project execution, proactive material readiness, and decisive risk mitigation.

A Day in the Role

Your morning starts with a quick review of build plans and material positions, followed by a cross-functional stand-up to confirm priorities. Before lunch, you’re validating recovery plans for a potential supplier slip. In the afternoon, you brief leadership on program health, then partner with Planning and Procurement to secure long-lead materials—closing the day with updated status metrics and next-day actions.

What You’ll Drive

Program Leadership & Delivery

• Own projects from kickoff through closure, delivering on scope, schedule, and objectives.
• Create and manage integrated schedules, align responsibilities, and track milestones.
• Balance multiple programs and aggressive priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Material Readiness & Build Planning

• Translate demand into executable build plans and material readiness actions.
• Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, and Operations to secure availability and flow.
• Continuously monitor supply performance; surface constraints early to protect production.

Customer Alignment & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Customer Operations to synchronize expectations and execution.
• Facilitate decisions and transparency across Supply Chain, Materials, Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, and Operations.
• Keep stakeholders informed and accountable through crisp communication.

Risk, Recovery & Mitigation

• Identify risks spanning supply, production, materials, and delivery.
• Stand up recovery plans addressing supply chain disruptions, production constraints, material shortages, and delivery risks.
• Lead mitigation to reduce business impact and protect customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Build dashboards, KPIs, and leadership-ready briefings on status and risk posture.
• Recommend actions and execute improvements that elevate delivery and customer outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 4–6+ years’ experience in Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, or related domains.
• History of leading cross-functional projects and influencing in a matrixed organization.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking/reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Customer Operations, Materials Management, Production Planning, and Integrated Supply Chain.
• Working knowledge of Build Planning, Material Readiness, Recovery Planning, and Supply Chain Operations.
• Background in manufacturing; aerospace, defense, or other regulated industries a plus.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
