One of our clients is seeking a experienced Senior Intake Manager to work at their personal injury plaintiff's firm. This firm is growing and has a very team oriented environment. If you have strong leadership skills, this could be a great fit for you!

Background:

• 5+ years managing personal injury files in the state of California
• 3+ years managing an intake team in a high volume PI environment
• Must be fluent in Spanish
• Experience improving intake conversion, client service and operational performance
• Strong understanding of CA plaintiff PI processes
