We are looking for an experienced Installation Supervisor to take a key role in the installation of a major rail signaling project in Taiwan. This role offers the opportunity to coordinate site execution, supervise local installation subcontractor, and work closely with international engineering and T&C experts within Siemens Mobility.     Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for coordinating onsite installation activities and managing subcontractor work teams
    • Ensure that the daily installation schedule is met and that planned installation activities are implemented on time, with quality and safety in mind
    • Supervise subcontractor activities
    • Enforce all health and safety policies, including conducting toolbox safety talks
    • Assist engineering and drafting teams with correct installation standards and procedures
    • Perform loop tests on field cabling
    • Review completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and is delivered on time
    • Maintain tooling and consumables in the necessary quantities to support installation

    Requirements:

    • Experience with Train Signaling activities
    • Ability to produce documentation (reports, MoS, etc.) of high quality
    • Capability to conduct on-site surveys with customers
    • Possession of solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Assist engineers and project managers in addressing and resolving design and customer issues
    • Proficient in computer skills
