Job Summary (List Format):
- 6+ month contract position located onsite in Miami, FL (5 days/week; locals only)
- Requires 5+ years of experience in Restaurant, Retail, Hospitality, or Operations Technology
- Responsible for supporting, implementing, and troubleshooting Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
- Work with restaurant technology hardware such as POS terminals, payment devices, kiosks, kitchen display systems, and networking equipment
- Coordinate cross-functional technology initiatives and deployments
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders
- Utilize strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Preferred experience includes supporting hardware deployments, technology rollouts, pilots, or innovation labs across multiple locations
- Familiarity with Agile or project management methodologies and operational technology ecosystems
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required
