This position will be based at Reston, VA

Responsibilities:

Learn, operate, and administer Xacta IA Manager Software Suite.
Ensure technical security benchmarks are maintained. Analyze Xacta system Nessus scans, conduct remediation/system patching and installation of security patches.
Provide quality customer support. Interact daily in person, via email and phone conversations with a large user base to provide Xacta software and Risk Management Framework support.
Develop workflow templates to align with customer business processes and practices.
Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operational performance and streamline customer Risk Management Framework workflow processes.
