    Senior Industrialization & Continuous Improvement Engineer

You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to refine designs, methods, and documentation—advancing efficiency, reliability, manufacturability, and cost.

    Role snapshot

    • Be the go‑to partner for Operations—hands‑on support, rapid troubleshooting, and documented root cause resolution.
    • Lead cross‑functional projects from early development through delivery, owning long‑term cost, quality, and delivery commitments.
    • Engineer and validate capable processes and special processes; ensure equipment meets defined capability targets.
    • Author crisp work instructions and training materials to build and sustain shop‑floor proficiency.
    • Use statistical and financial analyses to reveal patterns and drive systemic gains—quality up; cost, lead time, and scrap down.
    • Apply Lean and TOC to relieve constraints and optimize cells, workflows, and teams.
    • Work with suppliers to pilot and deploy new manufacturing concepts, tooling, and equipment; oversee plans, schedules, and budgets.

    Your playbook

    Blend disciplined engineering with practical execution: model and draft in SolidWorks (or similar), follow drafting standards and GD&T, validate what matters, and communicate clearly to keep stakeholders aligned.

    What you bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field and 5+ years in manufacturing, or equivalent background.
    • Expertise using structured problem solving and root cause tools.
    • Ownership mindset—able to prioritize broad assignments and deliver on schedule.
    • Strong cross‑functional communication to expedite critical tasks.
    • Proven ability to lead Lean or TOC initiatives.
    • Preferred exposure to ISO 13485, ISO 9001, or medical device manufacturing.
    • Excellent written and verbal customer service skills.
    • High proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
    • CAD modeling/drafting experience (SolidWorks or similar) and working knowledge of drafting standards and GD&T.
    • Bonus: familiarity with MasterCam, Esprit, Partmaker, or comparable CAM systems.
    • Professional strength: Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering.
