Seeking a Senior Industrial Engineering Program Manager to lead onsite Industrial Engineering teams across multiple manufacturing facilities. The role focuses on Lean transformation, productivity improvement, time studies, line balancing, and multi-site program management.

• Yamazumi / Line Balancing
• High-volume, high-mix manufacturing
• Multi-model line balancing & level loading
• Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, TQM
• Productivity, labor & cost reduction
• Process optimization & continuous improvement
• Automation / Robotics / Material Flow
• SOPs, Work Instructions & Standard Work
• KPI / Data Analysis & Reporting
• Stakeholder & Customer Management

Preferred:

• Video-based time studies
• Digital manufacturing / dashboards
• Warehouse & inventory optimization
• Manufacturing transformation / line consolidation
• Executive reporting & customer escalation management.

Education: Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
