This role will lead Industrial Engineering teams supporting multiple manufacturing facilities, with a strong focus on time studies, work measurement, line balancing, Lean Manufacturing, productivity improvement, and continuous improvement. The position will also manage program delivery, stakeholder communication, resource planning, risk management, and onsite/offshore collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Industrial Engineering teams supporting multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Drive time studies, work measurement, line balancing, productivity improvement, and Lean initiatives.
• Perform video-based time studies and work breakdown activities.
• Conduct line balancing using Yamazumi charts, multi-model line balancing, and level loading.
• Identify and implement initiatives to improve quality, cost, productivity, labor utilization, and cycle time.
• Support manufacturing transformation programs involving automation, robotics, material flow, labor optimization, and digital manufacturing.
• Develop SOPs, work instructions, and standardized operating methods.
• Identify opportunities for labor reduction, route optimization, warehouse improvement, and inventory optimization.
• Establish KPIs, analyze performance data, and develop dashboards/reports for decision-making.
• Manage project risks, issues, schedules, resources, and overall delivery governance.
• Coordinate effectively with customer, onsite, offshore, engineering, operations, and cross-functional teams.
• Communicate project status, risks, and business outcomes to senior stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and sustainable operational improvements across manufacturing environments.

Required Qualifications

• 7 15 years of Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience in high-volume, high-mix manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, and TQM.
• Strong experience in time studies, work measurement, line balancing, and productivity improvement.
• Experience leading multi-project programs and cross-functional/global teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, change management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with program governance, KPI-driven delivery, risk/issue management, and onsite-offshore coordination.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements that deliver measurable operational benefits.
