Senior Industrial Engineer - Industrial Manufacturer

The Senior Industrial Engineer will serve as a key link between manufacturing operations and business objectives, ensuring the systems, processes, and resources are in place to deliver high-quality products safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Industrial Engineering: Analyze and improve our flow of data, labor and materials, Partner with our engineering, systems, and manufacturing teams to implement changes for improved results.

• Learn and know our business: Learn the ins-and-outs of our business demands and dynamics of our B2B commercial transactions. This context helps inform prioritization.
• Organize Data, Labor, Space and Materials: Identify and define problems in our organization and operation, and work with CEO and Co-Founder to prioritize and solve them.
• Industrial Engineering: Analyze and improve our flow of data, labor and materials, Partner with our engineering, systems, and manufacturing teams to implement changes for improved results.
• ERP Implementation: Contribute to the continued implementation of our ERP and MRP systems to serve your needs in reporting process management.
• Production Management: Partner with our manufacturing team to plan our production, scheduling work to best use our factory and team to ship projects accurately and on time.
• Material & Purchasing Planning: Partner with our ERP Systems Manager to design more automated processes to ensure that we have the materials needed to build our jobs. Manage the competing pressures of minimizing our lead-times while minimizing our inventory.

• 5+ Years of Industrial Engineering or another closely-related engineering practice
• An Engineering Degree (Industrial Engineering preferred)
• Strong ERP System Usage

Operating within a highly engineered, craft-driven production environment, this role will optimize manufacturing processes to support a made-to-order business model tailored to the unique requirements of each architectural project. As a company experiencing significant growth since its founding in 2021, this position will also play an important role in developing and formalizing operational processes and policies to support future scalability.

• Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $140,000 per year.
